Wash your face with a cleanser at least twice a day. Select one which suits your skin tone. Aloe- Vera is a good cleanser and suits all major skin types. Don’t use extremely hot or cold water to wash your face.
Exfoliation removes dry and dead skin from the body. If you exfoliate twice a week, your skin will get smoother and look fresh.
Use sunscreen in winter and on cloudy days as well. Sunscreen protects your skin when its exposed to the sun and also prevents your skin from wrinkling in an early age.
If you don’t get sufficient sleep, your skin will look dull, tired and sallow. While sleeping your skin creates new cells, it gives life to your skin and makes it look younger. For everybody 7 to 8 hours of sleep is a must.
Water is always helpful to maintain good health. It nourishes your skin. Drink 8 glasses of water every day to keep your skin hydrated.
